sulukko sulluku!!

it all started a week ago, there was some pain in my right wrist. but i jus ignored it. i usually notice and take medicines in the initial stages, but vithi valiyathu. when i woke up on sunday morning, the pain was unbearable that i could not move my wrist and lead to my visit to our family doctor and he immedietly found the reason for the swelling and pain.he said that we are not supposed to keep the hand below the head while sleeping. nalla tharaila paduthukittu thalaiku kaiya thalagaaniya maathi sokka tv paathalo illa thoonginalo ipdi thaan agumam. naan yerkanave iruntha valiyoda chapathikku maavu pisaiyarenu solli kaiku pressure koduthu athanale yerkanave iruntha vali jasthiyaagi swelling ayiduthu. kaiku nalla oru kattu katti one week rest edukka sollitaru. thirumbina pakkamellam ore thukkam visarippugal. en kattu pota kai ippa oru exhibit maari ayiduthu. flat pasangaluku saadham oota ammakal en kaiya kamichu,'anga paruda thangam bhucha akka kaiya'nu solli saavadikuranga.idhu pothathunu en cousin romba vela menakattu oru msg anupina, aana athu nejamave s/w fieldula irrupavangaluku useful. i am giving it below.

Please take good care of your wrist while using the keyboard and mouse of your computer.

When doing each of these exercises, the hand should be flexed until a sensation of stretching is felt in the arm. The position should be held for 10 to 15 seconds for each of 10 repetitions. Try to this set of exercises three times a day.



Exercise 1 - Wrist Flexion Bend the hand being exercised backward (palm away from you), as shown in the photos. With the fingers of the other hand, apply pressure.



Exercise 2 - Wrist Extension Bend the hand being exercised forward (palm toward you), as shown in the photos. With the fingers of the other hand, apply pressure.



Exercise 3 - Wrist Flexion against surface With your arm held vertically, press your hand, palm down, on a firm surface, as shown in the photo.



Exercise 4 - Wrist Extension against surface With your arm held vertically, press your hand, palm up, on a firm surface, as shown in the photo.



Exercise 5 - (Radial Deviation) Place your hand palm downward. Grasp the fingers of the hand to be exercised with your other hand (as shown in the photo) and twist the hand toward you. Keep the hand horizontal.



Exercise 6 - (Ulnar Deviation) Place your hand palm downward. Grasp the fingers of the hand to be exercised with your other hand (as shown in the photo) and twist the hand away from you. Keep the hand horizontal.

i've experienced this wrist pain and finger pain bcos of work sometime back..

adpiye kannu kum nalla kurippuirundha podunga.. my eyes need some exercises definitely

Take care of your wrist...bhucha akka-nudhane sonna, boochandi akka-nu sollala illa, so romba feel pannadha kannu..I think warm water massage would help your ailment, kaivaidhiyam ellam super-a velai seyyum indha vishayathula.

Nalla suluku vaithiyam yellam solareenga.. ithai namma paatikita ketuiruntheenga pala vaithiyam sollirupaanga...

we are loosing lot of patti vaidhiyam.. u know it really works!! I tried lot of time and it works!!

OK.. take care.. Thukkam ellam visarikkamatten.. Your experience would be a lesson to all who read this blog.. :-)

One more tip: in case you sleep on the table while reading, on your hands, make sure that your eyes dont get pressed against the hard bones of the hand. It would pain like hell if too much stress is put on the eye. (ennoda anubavam).
